Tasting menu

7 courses with the most appreciated and recognized dishes of our gastronomic proposal:

Double 00 anchovy on brioche bread and smoked butter.
Zamburiña with potato parmentier, tetilla cheese, ajada oil and panko crumbs.
Lemon fish tiradito, ponzu sauce, fried garlic oil and trout roe.
Prawn Uramaki, curry mayonnaise and toasted sesame mixture.
Bluefin tuna tartar, seasoned with fried egg.
Glazed black angus rib, potato parmentier and sautéed pak choi.

For those who prefer greater flexibility or are unsure of the guest’s preferences, our Gift Vouchers valued at 150 € or 180 € can be redeemed towards any culinary creation from our menu or our selection of signature cocktails.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Validity and Expiry: All gift vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire and can no longer be redeemed.
Single Use: The experience must be enjoyed in full during a single visit. Any unused value cannot be refunded or carried over for future use.
Promotions: This voucher is an exclusive experience and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions.
Special Dates: Redemption is subject to availability and may not be valid on certain dates, including private events, special menus or dates specified in the holiday calendar.
Advance Reservation: Use of the voucher is subject to availability. Advance reservation is required through our website or by telephone. Please quote the voucher reference when making your booking.
Exchange Policy: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable once purchased.
