Validity and expiry: All our gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed.
Single use only: The experience must be enjoyed in its entirety in a single visit. No refunds or subsequent use of unused amounts will be possible.
Promotions: This bonus is an exclusive experience and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or current promotions.
Special dates: Use subject to availability. Private events, special menus, or certain dates marked on the holiday calendar are excluded.
Advance booking: Use of the voucher is subject to availability. Advance booking is required through our website or by phone, quoting the voucher reference at the time of booking.
Exchange policy: Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or refundable once purchased.
No-show: To guarantee the exclusivity of our service, failure to attend a confirmed reservation will result in the validation and loss of the voucher.
